I am currently working as a photography intern/assistant at Mulberry 4 Baby Photography! Newborns, maternity, families and weddings are what we have been shooting since I've been on staff. I also write for their blog, and run their Instagram: Mulberry 4 Baby. Before starting there, I had just finished up an assistant costume design job at Shakespeare Dallas theatre on a production of The Tempest. The costume designer and I did a lot of fabric manipulation on this show, and it was so fun to see it all pay off on stage. About Me
“It is good to love many things, for therein lies the true strength, and whosoever loves much performs much, and can accomplish much, and what is done in love is well done.” ― Vincent van Gogh. This quote from one of my favorite artists is my life in a nutshell. After moving from Las Vegas, NV to Keller, TX when I was ten, I began a great many hobbies that heavily influenced my love of the arts.
Whilst in college at Baylor University, I put my love of clothing into being a fashion major. My junior year I changed to a studio art major, and I took many different kinds of classes to broaden my range of experience. From figure drawing, to printmaking, all the way to handbag construction, I took classes that interested me. I studied abroad the spring semester of my senior year in Florence, Italy. This experience was life changing, and its influence is seen in many of my recent works. I graduated in December 2015 with a BA in Studio Art. Traveling to new places has brought me great inspiration, as well as my different jobs I've held since graduating. Currently based in the Ft Worth area, TX.
